Hi All,
Please could someone help me to correctly/successfully change the theme on an existing Kanban, using either a jqxDropDownList or jqxButton.
No matter how I approach this, any cards that already exist are duplicated into the same columns, and then a duplicate Kanban is then appended to the right of the original Kanban with every subsequent theme change.
I use the same approach for a jqxWindow and it works perfectly for all the widgets living in the window.
I have created a JS EDITOR sample here with both jxqButton and jqxDropDownList to change the theme, but this only demonstrates the card duplication problem.
It does not demonstrate the column duplication problem.(our actual code is pulling data from sharepoint lists and uses the itemRenderer – if that may be of relevance. The itemRenderer ‘appears’ to run twice – but that could be because there’s two cards in the Kanban?? The console returns an error “Cannot read property ‘maxItems’ of undefined).
I’m little more than a novice with jqxwidgets (awesome package) and I’m still getting my head around jquery: any help/guidance/solution would be massively appreciated as I’m very lost now 🙁
Many Thanks In Advance 🙂
