I was trying to make code sample to explain you about my problem, then I realized problem and solve issue!

problem grid crashed
cause When I upload file to IIS, jqx.base.css file didn’t imply!

I thought it was implied already because nothing problem appeared on local debugging.
But if want to upload file on IIS then I should imply linked file correctly. Sorry it was my fault

I tried to use ‘tooltip’ long time ago but didn’t use because it didn’t work for some reason. So I forgot about it… haha

Is that your example working?
I remove ‘theme’ and change jquery version then nothing happened, when I click buttons.
