two Y axis scales right and left

hello team, in first plase i want to say sorry about my writed english so.. here we go.

i need to reemake this chart : http://postimg.org/image/bo3dqu9yb/

ys a composed one with Two Series of values (i know that i can do that)

my problem is how i put Two diferents scales (at de left and the right 1,2)
on jqwigets.

please your help. we are aproach to buy the library but wee ned to figure out these issues first.
