Starting time of event beginning in the past out of current view range is wrong

Hi,

Just reporting something that looks like a bug. When in timeline view with setting ‘appointmentsRenderMode: “exactTime”‘, an appointment that starts in a past date (for example at noon) that is outside of the current view range shows like it is actually starting at noon on the first rendered day in the view. It should actually be rendered as starting at 00:00, because the starting point is in the past.

In the example, the appointment for Room 2 looks like it’s starting at noon on the 29 of October, whereas it starts in the past. It feels to the user that the appointment is starting on this day instead of the past.

It seems that this is an issue. We have created a work item for this case.
Thank you for the feedback!

For now if you remove appointmentsRenderMode: "exactTime", and removing it is not a problem for you, the appointment will show exactly as you want.
