sort by count

I am using grid and would like to be able to sort grouped data by the count. For instance if looking at number of employers by state, I would like to sort the data so that the states with the highest number of employers were at the top of the list. Is this possible? Is it possible to have this capability and still have the ability to sort by state name as well as by count in the example above?

I looked through both your demos and the forums and although I am sure this is discussed, I could not find this issue addressed. I’m sure it is a matter of me having the proper key search terms.
