Hi! Is there any way to make the thumb’s size a bit bigger when there are very many rows in a grid?

Unfortunately, there is no such option for setting the scrollbar’s thumb size.
You could check our demos about Virtual Scrolling and Deferred Scrolling on a Large Data Set to see if they might be useful for you.
