rendering issue in firefox unreachable code

I am using grid. While it renders properly in chrome, the grid and tabs are not rendering properly in firefox. I do not get any errors in chrome but I do get 3 errors in firefox.

unreachable code after return statement jqxdata.export.js:7:65640
unreachable code after return statement jqxchart.core.js:7:109065
unreachable code after return statement jqxlistbox.js:7:14522

In firefox the tabs are nonexistent and the titles of the grid columns are present but the contents are all in one overwritten list. I don’t have a website to put the images up to link to.

unreachable code is not an error or rendering issue. I suggest you to look at our demos in order to learn how to create Tabs and Grids.

The issue is that the code works perfectly well in chrome but fails in firefox. not sure of the cause. Used your code as a base for creating my own. Any ideas why it would work in chrome but not firefox?

It is a compile-time error if a statement cannot be executed because it is unreachable. This means that the control flow of your program can’t get to that statement, but you assume that they would be. The compiler analyzes the flow, and reports these statements to you as error messages. It is a reliable indicators of logical error in your program.
