    Hi,
When I try to use the jqGrid and jqxCombobox components on a tablet (both iPad and Android), if I use a physical mouse instead of the touch screen, neither works. In the jqGrid it is not possible to select a row or activate the event when clicking on it and the jqCombobox is impossible to open it. If I use the touch screen they both respond correctly. On a desktop PC there is no problem.
I have tried the demos of the latest version and the same thing happens.
Does anyone know if this problem is detected and is there a solution?

    Thanks for any suggestions.

    Hi javierm,

Thank you for reporting this specific case.

Unfortunately when you use jQWidgets component on a device that has a touchscreen it detects only touch events and the physical mouse doesn’t fire any events.
However we have another library which handles both touch and physical mouse clicks on devices with touchscreen – SmartUI – https://www.htmlelements.com/demos/ which I suggest you to use if you need to use both the touch and mouse and switching to it will not be much of a hassle.

Please, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions.

    Best Regards,
