    All,

First off, I just found these awesome widgets this morning and love everything I have seen with them.  I am playing around with a line chart and when mousing over a data point I would like to display more data and differently. More as in 5 or 6 fields of data, and differently as in vertically. Example:

    Datapoint: 1
    Value: 47ms
    Date: date
    Verified: Yes
    Ready for a beer: Always

And the beat goes on. In any case how/where do I override the default hover/mouseover and feed the display the info as I have shown (badly) above?

    Thanks,

    AllThumbs

    Hello AllThumbs,

Using the categoryAxis callback function toolTipFormatFunction you can modify the displayed tooltip to an extent. Please check out the demo Custom Styling to see how it is used.

Dimitar – thank you, it will work for now. I was hoping for something different, but it will get the job done for RC1. I’ll try and expand it more when I have the time – or after another stifled scream of anguish as my boss tells me that now that he see’s it, he doesn’t like it…
