If you think that you have found a bug, report it to support@jqwidgets.com with step by step instructions to reproduce it.
Also, this is a Community Forum. If you are a customer, which we do not know from your nickname, then please submit your support questions to the appropriate email.

I am a customer. I have written several mails ti your support without getting an answer.
I’m not your betatester. I have to spend several weeks in finding the bugs in your product. You don’t realy help. Only a quick answer – and forget the stupid customer. Why should I help you to improve your products?

And by the way: I have already helped you with your illegal privacy policy – instead of reporting to the authorities.

    Best Regards.

    Hi GrayWizzard,

It is not easy to provide help, if the communication is one-way. When you write in the forum like: “you have a bug, this is the error message” and the communication ends there, how can our team help in such situation? If you are unhappy with the customer support or the product, ask for refund and use a different product. We here try to build a product and we improve its quality all the time by fixing bugs, adding new features, integrations, examples and so one. Also, this is a Community Forum, i.e here you should mostly expect answers from other Forum members. The support channel is by email where my colleagues will contact you and I am 100% positive that all emails there are answered in time. If there is email which we did not receive or is marked as spam by the Google service, which we use, this is something else.

    Best Regards,
    Peter Stoev
