Listbox seems to misbehave when its multipleextended property is set to true, and the page also contains an Input control.
If you set the focus to the Input control, hit and release the CTRL or SHIFT key, then go back to the listbox and click on items, it behaves as though the CTRL or SHIFT keys are stuck, as if Listbox is processing partial key events even when it does not have focus.
