    Hi

    is there an easy way to make the NavigationBar keep its state, i.e. remember which panel is selected?
    In my code the contents of every panel contains anchor elements which add parameters to the querystring and post pack the page.
    If I for instance select panel 2 and click one of the links in it, then panel 1 is selected after the reload of the page.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Peter,

    This can be achieved by using cookies. Here is how:

    <!DOCTYPE html>
    <html lang="en">
    <head>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="../../jqwidgets/styles/jqx.base.css" type="text/css" />
    <script type="text/javascript" src="../../scripts/gettheme.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="../../scripts/jquery-1.8.3.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="../../jqwidgets/jqxcore.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="../../jqwidgets/jqxnavigationbar.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    $(document).ready(function () {
    var theme = getDemoTheme();
    var index = $.jqx.cookie.cookie("jqxNavigationBar_jqxWidget");
    if (index == undefined) {
    index = 0;
    };
    $("#jqxNavigationBar").jqxNavigationBar({ width: 400, height: 420, expandMode: "single", theme: theme, expandedIndexes: [index] });
    $('#jqxNavigationBar').on('expandedItem', function (event) {
    var expandedItem = event.args.item;
    $.jqx.cookie.cookie("jqxNavigationBar_jqxWidget", expandedItem);
    });
    });
    </script>
    </head>
