    Hello, I am trying to find out why a jqxGrid does not respect the data type of a column in the filter, my column is defined as “string” but the filter changes the type of options and puts the options to filter data of numeric type, my strings are made up of numbers only, however my column is still string.

    Error encountered, it was declaring the property wrong in the field definition array, so it did not recognize the field type in the filter. Thanks, the framework is excellent.
