jqwidgets-framework npm package – sample code

Hello,

Can anyone provide some code samples on how to use jqwidgets-framework package in a Node app?

I was able to install it fine, but when I try to use it like below, its throwing this error – ‘ReferenceError: $ is not defined’

let $ = require('jquery');
let jqx = require('jqwidgets-framework');

https://www.npmjs.com/package/jqwidgets-framework doesn’t have a sample usage.

Hi ajith007,

You may look at: https://www.jqwidgets.com/angular-components-documentation/documentation/angular-cli/angular-cli.htm. It shows how to use jqwidgets-framework or jqwidgets-scripts. let jqx = require …. is not correct according to me. The jqwidgets-framework npm package installs exactly the same files as the .zip archive. The jqwidgets-scripts package contains only scripts without demos and documentation and is smaller package.
