    could it be because we have put our own styles in a folder inside the downloaded jqxwidgets folder ?

    Yes, this could be the reason.
    Try to isolate your styles.

    I am getting the below error in my Firefox console. In IE and chrome there is no such error. Error: s is undefined

    It is strange because our demos work fin in Firefox.
    Could you provide an example that demonstrates this issue?
