Hi Team,

On clicking on jqxgrid combobox cell, I want to display jqxgrid.

For example Misc Code is a column in jqxGrid. Datatype is combobox. On clicking on combo box, it should show one jqxgrid which contains two cloumns(Misc code and Misc Desc). So, User can select one row in the child grid and code will be populated under Misc Code column in parent jqxgrid(i.e user selected their combobox selection).

Hopefully above explanation is understandable. Please help and let me know if any concerns.

Hi Subramanian,

Unfortunately, jqxGrid cannot be displayed in a jqxComboBox. However, you can put a dropdown grid in a grid cell, as shown in the following example: http://www.jqwidgets.com/community/topic/put-dropdowngrid-element-into-a-cell/#post-47887.
