I am facing the same bug.
1. Visit the following page with a safari browser.
https://www.jqwidgets.com/jquery-widgets-demo/mobiledemos/jqxscheduler/index.htm#demos/jqxscheduler/defaultfunctionality.htm
2. Scroll down to see the events. Scrolling should work as expected.
3. Click on calendar icon or icons to be moved the previous or next day.
4. Scrolling does not work anymore.
