Sorry this is a strange one, seems to be Windows Professional 7 SP1 64 bit, I have it one machine in house but the client also has this happening. I have tried on Mac, 32bit Win 7SP1 Pro and 64bit Win 7SP1 Home premium and they are fine.
I will have to dig deeper into this one.
