hi Peter Stoev,
I want do a splitter just like the office 2007’s left navigation splitter bar.
this splitter bas has s resize step and can living-resizing.
I want use jqxSplitter to do the same result, but i can’t.
So if give a resizing event maybe i can let jqxSplitter living-resizing and ajust the resize step.

I try many layout control, most of them has problem in my ie9.
here is the other people find the same problem.

Today, i reinstall my ie9, then the problem is gone.
So this is my ie9’s problem.
