    Dears,

After I upgraded jqwidgets from 3.2.1 by replacing jqwidgets directory content, my webpages are no longer working and I am getting the below errors:

jqxdata.js:6 Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token
jqxmenu.js:6 Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token
jqxexpander.js:6 Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token

Uncaught TypeError: $(…).jqxExpander is not a function

Is there any special pre-requisites for the upgrades?

Has anyone faced a similar issue? if yes, how was it resolved?

    Thanks.

    Cheers,
    Pierre

    Hi Pierre,

version 3.2.1 is from February-05-2014 while the current one is from September-04-2017. There are thousands of changes in the widgets. Please, share a small .zip sample via email – support@jqwidgets.com which demonstrates the behavior which you reported.

    Regards,
    Peter

    Dear Peter,

thank you I have found and fixed the issue.
When unzipping the jqwidgets, files were getting corrupted with 0xfeff unicode byte order mark.

    Cheers,
    Pierre
