Looking to display a label (jqxInput) that’s aligned left and a button that’s aligned right in a column (for each row). The label would display the first x characters of the field it’s bound to. Clicking the button would open up a jqxWindow which contains a text area for a long description. I’ve got everything working in separate columns but not in the same. I’m attempting this by using the createEverPresentRowWidget call. Can anyone help?

    Hello rdouglas,

Could you provide us with more details?
What is your final goal (maybe some images)?
Is this combination of the jqxInput and jqxButton are in ‘EverPresentRow’ field?

    Best Regards,

Yes, that was the goal but I’m running out of time. I’ve changed my scope to when a user single clicks in a specific cell a jqxWindow will pop up and allow for long text to be entered. I have this working for regular cells but I can’t get it to work for ever present row. Can you please show me how to capture event of clicking in ever present row cell. I want to open jqxWindow when clicking in the cell of an ever present row. Please show me how to do this.
