'open' & 'close' events do not bubble

I am able to bind to all window ‘resizing’ events by using the following:

$(document).on('resizing', '.jqx-window', function(event){
    //code here
});

I would like to be able to do the same thing with the ‘open’ and ‘close’ events but it appears they do not bubble up (Ex. http://jsfiddle.net/CzAch/34/), is this something you would consider changing?
