    When the data source to the grid is empty, is there a way to change the text that appears in the grid div from “No data to display” to something more meaningful in the application context.

    Hello dishmann,

    Yes, you can use localization for changing the empty data string (emptydatastring) to something custom.
    Here is an Example.
