Hello, is there a capability to turn on mouseover effects for the jqxMenu in minimize mode? When i invoke it, all the menu options are displayed, it would be goo if we can:

    a. as you move over each item, the background color changes (like in normal mode)
    b. submenus can be collapsed as they are clicked, etc.

    Thanks.

    Hi tphan,

This cannot happen with jqxMenu. The minimized mode is useful for touch devices, not for pc and as you know on touch devices there is no mouse and there is no mouse over. If you would like something which acts as DropDown button, you may use the jqxDropDownButton widget.

Hello Peter, thanks for responding. I see your point on the mouseover option while in minimize mode. I think some mobile apps are enabling collapse/expand capabilities based on touch screen so there is value to having such capabilities (perhaps based on configuration option). I sent you a separate email to support@jqwidgets.com regarding customization options for such a capability. Can you let me know if this is something that your firm would be interested in doing? Thanks again.

    Hi tphan,

jqxMenu has vertical mode which supports collapse/expand. The idea of the minimized mode is different and we do not plan changes about it. Actually, we are currently working on the things on our Roadmap page.
