jqxComboBox is not working on IPAD

Hi,

This jqxComboBox is not working on Pad Pro 11 inch second generation, Model number MXDC2LL/A also we check on Mobile simulator webmobilefirst is not working But its working other version on Ipad and the browser simulator.

I have tested the jqxCombobox with the latest iPadOS and Safari versions and the jqxCombobox worked as intended.

Can you share a bit more context of your use case in order to be able to assess the situation and give a solution about it?

Thank you for your response. I installed Mobile FIRST simulateur for chrome extension. Also i share you link of that extension.

Hi Satya,

This is a third party extension and sometimes they are not 100% reliable(I was able to reproduce the issue on it, but not on a real device), but I will continue test it on our test devices and if its a bug it we will work to fix it as soon as we can.

Hi, I’m using ComboBox and also DropDownList on an (actual) iPad with a trackpad and keyboard. Unfortunately, the clicks from the trackpad (and I assume external mouse as well) do not register with these two widgets. If I tap the screen, everything works okay. Is there a different event I should register for to capture these clicks? Thanks, Tim
