I have been working on a large application for the past 3 months. When I installed the jQWidgets 2.6 version, Windows users started having issues.

Test On a Windows computers, 98 or Windows 7 using Safari…
I have large grids that use comboBox with auto fill updates and the problems seem to be random. The first record added to the grid seems to work ok. But after the first record the lookups stop working. If I exit out of the browser and come back in and add a second row the lookups work but after adding a new row the lookups stop responding. Basically my Windows computers are not able to continue the work.

On Apple computers using Safari which is what I am using for development everything seems fine. On Apple computers remote into a windows 98 computer or virtual terminal using Safari for the browser everything seems ok but the performance laking.

I have looked at the tests pages but was checking to see if there maybe a more complete test page the could test the browser’s capability as well as the computer’s capability.

I would appreciate help direction or help in resolving this.

    Hi David,

We are not aware of any issues regarding our product and Safari running on Windows. Using our samples, we are able to add, remove, update rows, edit grid cells, sort or filter the Grid.

Is there any tool method that could help me gather data, snapshots, or screen shoots that would help me share my problem more clearly with you

    Hi David,

The only thing I can suggest you is to prepare a small sample which demonstrates your issue. That will allow us to debug your scenario locally. You can send your sample to support@jqwidgets.com.
