how to Place html code data in jqxgrid column that should not parse by browser

Hello,

I need help to place html code in jqxgrid, main problem is i have to read data from textarea control and display that data in column of jqxgrid, if user place any html code(html tags) i need to display as normal text
(i.e:”if user place any html code like ex: <marquee> comments</marquee> in grid column also <marquee>comments</marquee>” it should not effected by browser )
but browser parsing html tags. so i need help in placing html tags(html code) as text in jqxgrid column.
