How to display column filter panel below the same column in jqxgrid

I want to display custom column filter panel below the column on that we going to apply filter. How we can fix this.

Hi Rajesh,

The Grid can have custom Filter Panels. Demonstrated here: http://www.jqwidgets.com/jquery-widgets-demo/demos/jqxgrid/filtering-menu-custom-widgets.htm?light. You can open a Filter Panel in our Grid by using the “openmenu” method. Demonstrated here: http://jsfiddle.net/jqwidgets/cczs8po6/

Thanks for your valuable help, I need one more help, I just want to display filter menu on same column on which we are going to apply filter. In current grid filter menu is displayed at another column when we click filter menu button. It is possible to display filter menu on same column on which we are going to apply filter.

Hi Rajesh,

If you click on filter button, the filter menu will be displayed under the button. You can disable the filtering of certain columns by setting filterable: false.

but I thing there are some misunderstanding, actually my problem is when I click on any column filter button then filter menu is open either left side of column or right side of column but I want to show filter menu exact bellow of column.

I hope you understand my problem please reply if have any solution
