Grid Filtering Context Menu

I need a window to drop down below an icon which has field names rendered vertically that when clicked expands to render a field filtering form that looks just like what ya’ll use on filtering.htm for the header row. Basically, I need what looks like that header row rendered vertically instead of horizontally.

The window I have thanks to Dimitri but I can’t figure out how to get to the filtering form to render. help.

Well, another dead end. Going to go try Navigation Bar (aka accordion). Perhaps IT will open in some sort of a window.
