Would you know if there is an issue with Firefox? It’s behaving as expected in Chrome and IE10 but not in Firefox.

Result in Firefox: when the user attempt to enter number key the values are not sent to the field, only the arrow up and down works.

I had the same issue when I did not include the globalize.js file. But I confirm that the globalize is included in Firefox so the problem may be else where.

What can cause the input to not take the number key entries?

Note that your demo on your website is not working for Firefox either!

    Thank you

    Hi reblutus,

Demos about jqxDateTimeInput on our web site according to us are fine in FireFox, but if they are not on your side, then I suggest you to clear your browser’s history before trying them, because you may have a cached copy. Please, use the latest version of jQWidgets and you will do not have the described issue with firefox.

I am having the issue also, but not using the latest copy of jqwidgets. It looks like the latest update of Firefox is preventing the number keys from accepting input, and users are forced to use up and down arrows to adjust the time. (ugh!) I guess I’ll have to update to the latest version of jqwidgets and fix everything that the update breaks in my code.

I am using firefox 25.0 with jqxDateTimeInput v 3.0.3. I cleared my cache.

But you are right in the demo section: http://www.jqwidgets.com/jquery-widgets-demo/demos/jqxdatetimeinput/index.htm

… you are using the 3.0.4 version. Pretty confusing… And INDEED the numbers works in Firefox on this page! So maybe there was a bug in 3.0.3 so I’ll upgrade to 3.0.4 to see.

    …a few minutes later….

Yep indeed in works fine in 3.0.4!!! Firefox is taking number again in the dateTimeInput

    Thank you

    Hi Karthik,

    1. There are no DateTimeInputs on these images.
    2. For creating DateTimeInput Editors, I suggest you to learn how our Cell Editing example is built.
