    Hi ,

Is it possible to place the checked filter dropdown in the filter panel which opens when moused over on the column name, instead of in separate row?

Before I could spin my wheels on this, I’d like to know if I can override the filter panel controls and place the checked dropdown lists in them just like MS Excel.

Instead of showfilterrow, can it just have checked filter as an option? Like the Header Filter option shown here

    Thanks!

    Hi vmanne,

I suggest you to see our Filtering demo. jqxGrid supports multiple filter options as demonstrated in the demos – through Filter Menu, Filter Row or with custom UI. The built-in Filtering Menu cannot be overridden.

    Hi Peter,

Can the custom UI appear on the same row as the column name. I looked at filter demo’s. Is there a way to have checked filter show up on the same row as header?

Do you have an example of custom filter UI (on filter menu) with checked filters?

    Hi vmanne,

It cannot appear on the same row as the column name and we do not have demo with custom UI with checked filters. All of the supported features have a demo. Features not included in the demo are most probably not implemented.
