filter operator doesn't work in asp.net webservice sample

In the example code for a grid using an asp.net web service, if you are adding filters/filtergroups, using the operator conditions doesn’t work as documented. The simple workaround is to change the value.

For example as documented

 var filter_or_operator = "";//0 is suppose to be AND; actually empty is AND, and 1 is OR

as it relates to the portion of c# sample code below

if (tmpFilterOperator == "")
                    {
                        where += " AND ";
                    }
                    else
                    {
                        where += " OR ";
                    }
