export to xls

Hi, when trying to export grid content to xls (specially with big data) I’m getting a blank page with the followin msg from http://jquerygrid.net/:

Request Entity Too Large
The requested resource
/subfolder1/export_server/save-file.php
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

How can I deal with this ?

Besides… is there a way to do it locally ? (avoiding using the web)

Hi omargarro,

There’s no way to do it locally. The Export to Excel’s file is hosted on our server and is for demo purposes only. Customers who have Enterprise or Developer license can get that file and host it on their own server and configure the server to allow larger data limit.
