    Hi, I have used export to excel before. But today I faced a problem with exporting data. it gives below error with URL;
    https://jquerygrid.net/export_server/dataexport.php

    Secure Connection Failed
    An error occurred during a connection to jquerygrid.net. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG
    
        The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
        Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

    Hi Peter,
    Thank you for your acknowledgement. As I can see, when we export data, it will redirect all of our data to your server [https://jquerygrid.net/export_server/dataexport.php]. It is not a good practice since our data will be shared with your serves. It is a big risk for our data. I suggest you to keep that dataexport.php on our servers.

    Hi supun151515,

    Actually, it’s hosted for evaluation purposes. It’s written in the method description here: https://www.jqwidgets.com/jquery-widgets-documentation/documentation/jqxgrid/jquery-grid-api.htm that the file by default is hosted on our server. If you want to host it on your server, you will have to obtain at least a developer license.

    Export to Excel not working #98603

    is latest version working right for export grid data to exel. I guess i get latest in october and we just realized before our release that this feature got broken.
    We have secure web site(https) and the version from october 2017 is not working. I’m getting error(no other code changes were done for that page).
