    How is the drop down list closed I guess is my question. The reason I ask is that even though its working in the example as expected, when i am using this in my application i have to mouse click on the drop down arrow (again) to close the drop down list. I noticed that in the example the dropdown list is closed after clicking anywhere outside of the dropdown list.

    Please post an example of your scenario and also check whether you use jQWidgets 2.6 on your side.

    Sounds good. In future posts I will be sure to include the source. As far as this problem goes, I have learned to accept this behavior. Also I discovered the autoClose attribute which may work as well.
