    Hi there,

I’m using layoutPanels in a tabbedGroup with all elements set to allowClose: false. At runtime, after pinning/unpinning such a layoutPanel the close buttons are back again. How to hide the close buttons permanently – unaware from any user action??

    Hi NightWizzard,

If all elements shouldn’t be closed, then just hide the close buttons via CSS.

    Best Regards,
    Ivo

    Hi Ivo,

thanks for your reply. I found the class jqx-icon-close that seems to belong to some more jQWidgets than only layouPanels but although analyzing the html dom with developer tools I can’t find the correct class chain to hide the close button only for layoutPanels.

Can you give an example how to hide it via css and will this work with all themes?

    Best regards,
    NightWizzard
