    Hello,

    Is there a way to choose a different date format that jqxGrid sends to the server?

    When I edit a date field and pick a date it appears as 4/11/2012.
    However the actual variable’s value is ‘Wed Apr 11 2012 00:00:00 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)’
    and that is what is being sent to the server.

    Is there a way to force jqxGrid to save that date as ‘4/11/2012’?

    Hi kmichal,

    You can take a look at this help topic: jquery-grid-extra-http-variables.htm. It shows how to modify the parameters sent to the server.
