Is there a way to define custom html/css classes for error validation messages that are shown from _showvalidationpopup? What about adding a unique ID to that error dialog?

You could use the following css classes – jqx-grid-validation and jqx-grid-validation-arrow-up for styling the popup.

Hi Todor! You’re right it looks like I can use these classes not only for styling, but for identifying an element using selenium (usually unique as there’s only one validation message showing at the same time).
