change row background color

Hi team,

I have a grid with virtual mode enabled.

My requirement is that i want to add a different color to a selected row. i cannot do that using row index because row index will be changing when i scroll.

But i want to change the background color of row by using rowid because it is unique.

please guide me how to do that.

Hi ahmad,

The “cellclassname” should be helpful in this scenario. Please, look at this sample: http://www.jqwidgets.com/jquery-widgets-demo/demos/jqxgrid/gridcellclass.htm?arctic. Btw, a different color to a selected row is added by default – jqx-grid-cell-selected CSS class is applied to the selected cells.
