calender button should show month

Hi Team,

I have couple of questions regarding the DateTimeInput control

1) The calender button is by default showing the ‘day’ of the current month. But my requirement is it should show the current month like ‘Feb’ or number like ’02’. Is is possible?

2) The user should be able to enter the date manually using keyboard. Is it Possible?

Please reply me ASAP.

Hi shashi,

1. No that is not possible.
2. That is the default behavior. You can enter a date manually in jqxDateTimeInput by typing into the input field.

but when the user press a delete button the date field is completely empty. Now how can the user enter the date using keyboard without pressing the calender button.

Hi shashi,

When the user presses the “Del” button, after that user will have to enter a date through the calendar. There is no other option.
