Hi I’ve tried a few different approaches but each time I try to export data (as XML) to an existing filename I get a dialogue box opening that lets me know this. And, each time I say ‘Yes’ to replace exiting file with new data in the existing file a new file is created. In a Mac (using Safari) it discretely comes up with a new name simply by appending a number to that file name. In Windows (with most browsers I think) the ‘download’ gives up as a partial download. Can you confirm this phenomena? And, can you suggest a possible solution?
