    I’m building an Angular2 application, and have been using JQuery with AfterViewInit to initialize the jwWidget component. However, I do see that there is also an Angular section for jqWidget as well, so is there any advantages/disadvantages of using Angular component over JQuery?

    Hi babydragon,

    Our Angular 2+ components use Typescript and Javascript. jQuery is not required. We suggest you to use these components in the way we demonstrate in the samples. Soon we will upload 650+ more examples as we already did for Rreact JS.

    In the jQuery section on our website, there is integration with AngularJS 1.
