Hi Vinod Naidu,

I admit, it is rather difficult to show the tooltip, because the line is only one pixel high, but it is not impossible: http://s2.postimg.org/55rt2ogah/red_line_tooltip.png. However, I think it would be more suitable if you enable the logarithmicScale option of the chart, e.g.: http://www.jqwidgets.com/jquery-widgets-demo/demos/jqxchart/javascript_chart_logarithmic_axis_percentage_stacked.htm?arctic.
