    Dear Team,

    I am facing a strange issue whereby the first time I load my chart (by right-clicking a cell in my jqxGrid), the Chart loads very quickly (less than 500ms). However, from the second time onwards, the same chart takes extremely long to load again (sometimes greater than 8 seconds). What could be the possible cause for this and is there any workaround?

    Hello anubis76,

    Please make sure that from the second time onwards you do not try to reinitialize the chart, but only update what is necessary, e.g. the loaded data or some of the chart’s properties. We also recommend updating to the latest version of jQWidgets (3.8.2) for the best widget experience.

    If neither of these suggestions help, please share an example demonstrating the issue with us.
