Do you mean you have created a Cordova/PhoneGap mobile application and the scrollbar of the navigation bar in it does not appear? This widget uses the default browser scrollbar (as opposed to jqxScrollBar) and it seems the issue might be related to this one: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11753320/scrollbar-not-visible-in-jquery-mobile-app, not to the widget itself.
