Very new to JQWidgets but I am looking to build time series line charts into my pages. This will be fundamental. I notice most of the examples are blocks like months, days etc. My data is collected say every 10 minutes and can span a week, month, 5 years etc. I need to be able to use an x axis with say time in unix time which shows as HH:MM DD//MM/YY and I can pan and zoom. Is JQWidgets chart up to this without too much customisation on my part? are there any demos where this has been done.
Thanks. I like what I see so far but this sort of charting will be one of my main aims.

    Hello robynwidget,

In jqxChart, the interval between data points in the category axis is equal. You can, however, specify a Custom x-Axis Range. As for panning and zooming, unfortunately, they are not supported.

Thanks for that, I had done some checking through the forum and demos to ascertain it was not just what I was looking for at the moment. However I will certainly see what I can use of the other widgets, it looks like a great package. I would suggest a true time series charting capability for future development. The sort of thing I am looking at doing with JQWIdgets I have done with flot but to bring it all into jqw would be a bonus. I will keep using flot for the moment and wait for some developments. Thanks Robyn

I agree. I also need true time series. I want to show room temperature in my house in a graph. I want to use RangeSelector to choose from this date to that date and display this in a graph. I don’t have much success for now.

I must say, that I really like JQWidgets and that they are the best. And I try several of them. The best is Knockout integration and good support on forum.

    Hi Makla,

You may look at the RangeSelector’s Chart Integration demo – http://www.jqwidgets.com/jquery-widgets-demo/demos/jqxrangeselector/javascript-rangeselector-background-chart.htm?arctic
