strange issue with 7.1.0 window & Chrome

jqwidgets 7.1.0

hello –

my window popup suddenly stopped appearing in most chrome browsers. the window popup continues to work fine in firefox, edge, etc.

and what’s REALLY strange: it works fine in all Chrome installations using BROWSERSTACK.

no error message is appearing in the console.

the window normally pops up and plays an audio/video clip. the audio is heard just fine, just no window and therefore no audio.

currently, i am using 7.1.0 which i understand is old.

any suggestions?

Hi,

I would suggest you to upgrade to the latest version. This one is pretty old, we are on version 18 now.
