Scroll failure of jqxRibbon on mobile phone.
You can try
Hello lqyan,
We tested the jqxRibbon scrolling on an Android mobile phone and it works as expected. Please note, however, that to initiate the scrolling, you need to “taphold” one of the ribbon scroll buttons. Please share if you have encountered this issue on a device with different operating system and we will test the scrolling behaviour accordingly.

http://www.jqwidgets.com/I directly modify the demo on your options, and then test, the results of the test is to scroll the button does not come out. During that time, I was using the iphone6 phone.
This is the test of the demo:

Do you mean that the scroll buttons are not shown (but are supposed to) or that they are shown, but are not responsive? Please note that you would have to add more items to the ribbon in the aforementioned demo in order to show the scroll buttons.

Hello lqyan,
Thank you for your feedback. As I understand, the scroll buttons show up, but are unresponsive. We will investigate this behaviour and if we confirm it as an issue with jqxRibbon, we will fix it in a future version of jQWidgets.
