Hi,

I notice that I cannot reorder tabs by drag and drop on a touch device.

Certainly this is the case on the latest Safari and Chrome on the iPad (iOS7) – your own demo page does not work.

Is this a known issue?

Yes, it is not possible to reorder tabs on touch device. We are aware about that.
