While hunting down an issue with displaying dates for time zones, I ran into the following issue:
For RangeSelector, if a wide (multi-month or longer) date range is used, the presence of a time in the start time will cause the major ticks to get corrupted and stop being displayed/labelled part-way through the range. See fiddle.

Ok, I looked at the example you provided. It does not address the issue I raised.
Specifically, if I change your example to included time in the min date and extend the overall date range, the same issue appears.
